The AI Content Stack: What I Actually Use to Plan, Write, and Repurpose Smarter

Ever wonder how I manage multiple client content plans, keep my own marketing consistent, and still have time to live my life?

Spoiler: I’m not doing it all alone.

I’ve built a system—what I call my AI Content Stack—that helps me plan, write, repurpose, and publish content faster and smarter, without sacrificing quality or connection.

As an Integrative Content Specialist, I don’t just create content—I build ecosystems. Content that fits into funnels. That ties into strategy. That serves people and sells. And to do that without burning out? I combine human creativity with AI-powered tools.

But let’s be clear. AI is here to support—not replace—what I do. It helps me move faster, stay organized, and generate better ideas, but I’m still the one weaving strategy, storytelling, and voice through everything.

In this blog, I’m going to walk you through what tools I actually use (and why), what AI can realistically do for your content, and how I help clients streamline their entire content process—without losing their voice or spending 12 hours writing a single blog post.

Let’s dive in.

What Is a “Content Stack,” Exactly?

Your content stack is the set of tools, systems, and workflows you use to create, organize, and distribute content. It includes idea generation, drafting, editing, visuals, scheduling, and analytics.

Mine is designed to:

Save time

Keep messaging consistent

Reduce decision fatigue

Allow for quick repurposing

Stay aligned with a clear strategy

I’ve built it intentionally so I can spend more time thinking big picture—and less time copy/pasting into Canva or rewriting captions from scratch.

My Go-To Tools (And How I Actually Use Them)

ChatGPT

This is my first stop when I need to brainstorm, outline, or work through messaging. I never copy/paste directly. Instead, I use it to:

Generate blog outlines

Draft email sequences based on real strategy

Brainstorm headlines, hooks, or listicle structures

Rewrite or reframe old content

Spark ideas when I’m stuck

AI doesn’t replace your voice—it gives you something to edit instead of starting from a blank page.

Grammarly Premium

After I write, I run everything through Grammarly to clean it up, catch awkward phrasing, and check for tone. It's especially helpful when I’m batch writing and start missing the little things.

Notion

This is the brain of my entire business. I use Notion to:

Plan monthly content calendars for myself and clients

Track deliverables and deadlines

Store content templates, email swipe files, and caption frameworks

Keep notes on content performance, CTAs, and funnels

Every content decision I make is tracked here.

Canva Pro

This is where content comes to life visually. I use branded templates to turn blogs into carousels, emails into graphics, or quotes into pins. I’ve built out a system for:

Weekly graphics

Blog banners

Instagram carousels

Lead magnet PDFs

Repurposed quotes from long-form content

Meta Scheduler + Metricool

Scheduling manually is a huge time waste. I batch content weekly or monthly and schedule it across platforms. I also use Metricool to track what’s working and what needs tweaking. This helps me adjust based on real-time feedback—not just gut instinct.

What I Automate vs. What I Keep Human

This is where most people get it wrong. They either try to automate everything (and lose their personality) or they do everything manually (and burn out).

Here’s my breakdown:

I automate:

Scheduling posts

Drafting outlines

Repurposing headlines and topics

Delivering lead magnets

Tagging contacts by content interaction

Pulling analytics and reports

I keep human:

Brand voice refinement

Storytelling

Final copy edits

Strategic decisions (what to write, when to post, why it matters)

Audience connection and engagement

Your audience doesn’t want a robot—they want you. But you don’t need to be the one doing every little step.

What This Looks Like For My Clients

When I build a content stack for clients, I start with clarity. We figure out:

What your core offers are

Who you’re speaking to

Where they’re hanging out

What content already exists that we can reuse

What support systems (VA, AI Agent, scheduler, etc.) are already in place

Then, I customize a workflow that includes:

Monthly themes aligned to sales goals

Weekly blog or email topics

Daily or 3x/week social media cadence

Visual content templates

A repurposing plan (e.g. blog → social → email → Pinterest pin)

And yes—this includes AI support where it makes sense. I’ll show you how to use AI to get the first 60% of the work done, then how to hand it off to a VA, or finish it yourself, so you’re not stuck in content creation limbo week after week.

What Happens When You Stack Smart?

When your content stack is working, you’re not guessing what to post. You’re not behind on blogs. You’re not constantly rewriting emails at midnight. You know what’s going out, why it’s going out, and how it supports your business goals.

You can:

Repurpose 1 blog into 7 social posts, 2 emails, and 3 pins

Batch your content in 1–2 days a month

Spend more time in your zone of genius

Build trust faster (and convert leads easier)

Finally feel like your content engine is working for you

And the best part? It’s still you. Just more efficient.

What AI Can’t Do (And Why That’s Good News)

AI can’t:

Know your audience like you do

Speak to your client’s pain points with empathy

Make big-picture decisions about launch timing or sales strategy

Catch that “off” feeling in a piece of content

Replace the nuance of your experience or intuition

That’s not a bug—it’s a feature. You bring the magic. AI just helps you deliver it with less stress.

You Don’t Need a Giant Team to Show Up Like a Pro

You just need a smart system—and someone to help you build it the right way. That’s what I do for my clients every day.

I’m not here to turn you into a content machine.

I’m here to build a system that reflects your voice, supports your goals, and gives you back your time.
