Hi, I’m Traci Howell—Founder and CEO of Victory Assistants—where digital marketing, intelligent automation, and human-centered strategy come together.
For more than 16 years, I’ve helped entrepreneurs streamline, automate, and scale their businesses without hustle, burnout, or constant overwhelm.
What began as a one-woman operation has grown into a boutique digital marketing and automation agency powered by a team of four women I’ve worked alongside for over five years.
Together, we support creative entrepreneurs and purpose-driven business owners with digital marketing strategy, social media and, AI agent creation, and automation systems that give them their time—and their energy—back.

Yes—the five animals you’ll see throughout Victory Assistants are my favorites.
But more importantly, they’re symbols of how effective businesses actually operate.

Why This Work Is Personal for Me
Victory Assistants wasn’t built from a business plan alone—it was shaped by lived experience, calling, and a deep respect for energy, systems, and stewardship.
For a long time, I thought I would become a veterinarian. I’ve always had a profound connection to animals—dogs especially. I wanted to help, to heal, to protect. Eventually, I realized something honest and difficult: I wouldn’t be able to save every animal that came my way, and that weight was more than I could carry in that role.
But the calling didn’t disappear.
It simply changed form.
Instead of working on animals, I learned how to work for them—by helping the people, businesses, and missions that support animals get visible, sustainable, and supported themselves.
That’s why I’m especially drawn to animal-focused businesses, holistic pet wellness brands, dog trainers, ethical breeders, rescues, educators, and craft-based animal businesses. I understand the heart behind this work—the responsibility, the emotional investment, and the desire to do things with care instead of shortcuts.
That same lens carries into every part of my work.
As a Raindrop Technique Massage Practitioner, I’ve worked closely with holistic health coaches and wellness brands, learning how messaging, nervous-system regulation, and trust intersect. It taught me that how something feels matters just as much as how it performs.
As a quilter and crafter, running my own business (Little Bits of Nothing), I understand the maker’s mindset—the patience, precision, and pride it takes to turn small pieces into something meaningful. I know firsthand how frustrating it is when marketing pulls you away from the work you love most.
As a faith-centered entrepreneur, I believe business growth should be rooted in integrity, stewardship, and purpose. Whether you’re building a creative brand, a service-based business, or a mission-driven organization, your marketing should amplify your values—not drain your spirit.
This is also why Victory Assistants is intentionally a small boutique agency.
