Hey there! I’m Traci Howell—Founder and CEO of Victory Assistants, where strategy meets soul in digital marketing.

I’ve spent the past 16+ years helping entrepreneurs streamline, automate, and scale their businesses—without the stress or hustle that usually comes with growth. What started as a one-woman operation has now become a boutique digital marketing agency powered by four incredible women I’ve worked alongside for more than five years.

 

Together, we blend strategy, copy, design, automation, and heart to help creative entrepreneurs and faith-based business owners reclaim their time, grow sustainably, and build brands that truly reflect who they are.

As a quilter and crafter with my own small business, Little Bits of Nothing, I understand the maker’s mindset—the blend of passion, detail, and purpose that turns “little bits of nothing” into something extraordinary.
