Step 1: Choose the Core Anchor Content
This is the main piece—the deep-dive. It could be:
A blog post (like this one)
A podcast episode or YouTube video
A long-form newsletter
The anchor should be aligned with a specific offer or audience goal. It’s where the full story lives. Everything else we create ties back to this.
Step 2: Identify the Micro-Messages Inside
Within that one piece of content, we find:
3–5 mini tips or takeaways
1–2 key mindset shifts
A story or client example
A bold statement or quote
A call to action
Each of these can become its own standalone piece of content.
Step 3: Reformat by Platform or Purpose
Then, we ask: where do you show up? And what types of content does your audience engage with?
Here’s what that can look like:
Turn a blog into a carousel post (tip by tip)
Pull a quote and make it a branded graphic in Canva
Record a short reel on one of the mindset shifts
Use the client story for a testimonial-style post
Turn one tip into a value-based email with a CTA
Use a common question from the blog to start a poll
Share a “did you know” post with one unexpected stat or fact
Create a reminder post 2 weeks later linking back to the original content
And just like that, one anchor becomes 10–12 supporting pieces, all tied together, all with purpose.
Step 4: Batch and Schedule with Intention
Once we have the pieces, we plug them into your calendar—strategically.
Not all at once. We space them out.
We schedule the supporting pieces in the days and weeks that follow the original anchor. This keeps your message alive longer and reinforces it from multiple angles.
Step 5: Rinse, Refine, and Repeat
Every month, we repeat the process with new anchor content.
